Construction costs for warehousing increased by 10%: Report

Construction costs for Grade A warehousing has increased 9.26% to 10.44% on an average with Mumbai and Kolkata witnessing highest construction costs for industrial and warehousing spaces, according to a report by Savills India.

International real estate advisory firm, Savills India conducted a research to estimate the cost of construction for industrial and warehousing projects across India’s top eight cities.
